Probably one of the most effective ways to suppress dust
at the source. By fitting spraybars at discharge chutes
and at the head of conveyors the elimination of airborne
dust can be dramatically reduced.
Spray manifolds are especially effective where large volumes
of dust are created over a relatively short period of time.
Mounted around a load-out chute and operated via a solenoid
they can cope with the majority of discharges. Spray manifolds
are commonly found within coating plants and concrete making
plants.
